Heavenly Authority: How to Access Heaven’s Power on Earth

The author of Hebrews is speaking to the Jewish people about the validity of Jesus, or Yeshua, being Messiah.

In Hebrews chapter 7, the author of Hebrews is explaining specifically what Jesus did when He died on the Cross, and how He broke the power of sin, death in the grave, and how all the law was actually met in a specific timeframe.

You might be asking, “Candice, why are you focusing so much on this specific timeframe on earth?” I’m focusing so much on a specific timeframe because you have to understand that when Jesus is talking to us about the Kingdom of Heaven, the Kingdom of God or ascension realms, prosperous realms, eternal realms, we have to know that He met every requirement according to the law on earth to catapult us into that place of the eternal, because in the fulfillment of the earthly law we are catapulted into eternal realms where our place of power resides.

For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood. And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest, who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. For he testifieth, thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec (Hebrews 7:14-17 KJV).

You might be thinking, Okay, Candice, that’s great, but really what does that mean exactly? This means that Jesus Himself is in the likeness of Melchizedek; however, many believe He is Melchizedek. Throughout the book of Hebrews, we find that Abraham meets Melchizedek with a tithe, and Melchizedek and Abraham take Communion together. There are set things that Jesus Himself identified as having an endless life, one that is indestructible. Acts of tithing and Communion confirm the validity on earth of what has existed in the heavenlies as valuable.

In Genesis 14:18-20 (KJV) we read:

And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God. And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth: And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he [Abraham] gave him tithes of all.

Before the law of the tithe was given by Moses, Melchizedek met Abraham and took Communion with him. In essence, Melchizedek, king of Salem, which means king of Shalom or peace, and King of Jerusalem was taking Communion and sealing grace before the tithe was ever given as part of the law of Moses. The relevancy is that grace supersedes even the law; and what God reveals in His grace through Abraham and Melchizedek is that Jesus—the King of Salem in the person of Melchizedek—fulfilled everything in having Communion with Abraham.

Grace is the key to enter into the realms of the eternal and to maintain and sustain in our endless life today. Life eternal was exercised in Communion with Melchizedek and Abraham early on in Genesis. The most high God is called, “possessor of heaven and earth.” God has the power and through Jesus’s death, burial, resurrection, and ascension, which is the essence of Communion, the eternal door of salvation and the conquering of the power of death has occurred.

Live an Endless Life

What this means for you and me today is that when Jesus came into earth time to fulfill the law, He came in through the endless life power. That power was enough to break the power of the earth realms, or sin and death in the grave. That’s important for us because Jesus is in the order of an endless life and He says that the church is seated with Him in heavenly places; so, we’re in this space with Him and are the recipients of an endless life too.

Knowing you have the power of an endless life can completely change the way you live your life every day. It’ll change the way you make choices and decisions. It’ll change the way you pray. It’ll change the way you worship. It’ll give you peace and rest daily in the restrictions of earth time, because the power of an endless life is the power to crack the time code of stress and overwork in today’s world.

It is the power to live a redeemed life because time has been redeemed by the One who holds the power of an endless life. To redeem life defeats the power of death, as death just means that time is ending. This is why the time code is cracked by Jesus, our Passover Lamb.

Our Lord and Savior, Yeshua, Messiah, is in the order of Melchizedek. He is the one who came to the earth during a period, met all the Mosaic law and earth requirements, and then He resurrected and ascended, taking His proper heavenly seat, which now catapults the rest of us to living an endless life. This means we have the benefits of an endless life. Just like in Heaven. Heaven has no death. We are now back living in the Garden of Eden.

You might ask, “Candice, what are the benefits of an endless life?” That word endless in the Greek is akatalutos meaning “indissoluble.” It means Jesus lives forever. Two Greek words together mean alfah; He lives a permanent life as in alpha and omega. Katakluo means “to demolish, to destroy, and to halt, to overthrow or thrown down.” Through Jesus, life eternal is complete, which now destroys the work of the enemy and the curse of the fall of man in the dimensions of earth time.

Jesus was born “out of time,” and then He came to “earth time,” a piece of time to meet all the requirements of the earth time, to take us out of restrictions of earth time, and position us back into eternal time. Jesus destroyed the power of death. His endless life is more than living forever—it was destroying the power of evil, a dominion of kratos.

You may be wondering, That’s great, that’s wonderful, that’s kind of theological and that’s even scientific, but what does that have to do with me? And why should I care that He repositioned me in eternal time? Because when you’ve been repositioned in eternal time, it means you have all the benefits of eternity now in earth time. It means that you’re not limited by restrictions of earth time. You are not limited by what you see and touch. Limits on life come with time restrictions, but if time has been fully redeemed and we are now given eternal time benefits, then we have regained what was lost in the fall when the curse robbed us of time by bringing us into death. Death is eternal separation from God with the outcomes affecting the earth we live in and the natural states we are born into.

Access Your Power

An eternal endless life also means that you have access to all the benefits of Heaven, one of those being the riches of Heaven in the vats of Heaven. God is the Giver who wants to give you everything. It means that your conversation is in Heaven and that all the blessings that belong to you today first are heavenly and second earthly.

Jesus had His power because He had an endless life. So how do you get your power? You get your power by understanding that you will never die. You have an endless life and all the benefits that come with that—it’s now time to enter peace, rest, and joy while you are still alive in earth time. All the benefits of eternity and eternal time are yours now in the earth time zone. This will stop every earth battle at its inception. All earthly battles are designed to draw you into a fight for your life, resources, position, etc., but an endless life trumps the earthly battle and removes its power.

If Jesus didn’t accomplish all that He was sent to do, you could still have something to worry about. You could still have something to be anxious about. You might be anxious you are out of time and might miss your blessing or feel as though you don’t have enough time to complete your assignment or task on earth. You may feel like you’re in the 11th hour and just too late. You know what? There is no too late with God. He wasn’t late in sending Jesus, and you are not late in receiving His blessing.

God is always on time. He’s never late. He exacted the moment that Jesus would come to earth more than 2025 years ago to do what He did so that He could meet the requirements of the Jewish law and the prophets, so He could be called Yeshua Messiah. Then He could take His church to where we now live—in the power of never dying, which is the ultimate power over the enemy and his tactics; this is even the power to subdue your own flesh.
