Prophetic Word: “Heaven’s Floodgates Are Opening.” Position Yourself for the Outpouring

Psalm 46:4 tells us that there is a river that makes glad the city (people) of God.

As Jesus says in John 7:37 that Holy Spirit provides a river of living water. He provides springs in the desert and rivers in the badlands. He pro-vides a real, spiritual river to refresh, to re-life, to resource the people—the Ekklesias—of the Living God. Holy Spirit is bringing a fresh flow of the Kingdom of God’s powerful river to flood stage. It’s flooding hope into the New Testament Church and into the people of God. It’s flowing with peace, miracles, and with power to free and to deliver. It’s flowing with healings and cures, and bringing life to those who are bound.

Holy Spirit’s river is not diminishing. It has been building and increasing in size and power as streams of revival, outpourings, revelation, and the training of the saints have been pouring and merging into it. There have been movements continuously running into the river that have brought in a great harvest of souls. These include evangelistic crusades, missionary work in unreached nations, and denominational movements that still carry the gospel, as well as the healing, holiness, faith, and charismatic movements. All of these are Holy Spirit streams that are running into the awesome river of God.

It’s now beginning to reach flood stage; it is gushing, mighty, overpowering, and running through the King’s pre-pared Ekklesia power plants all over the earth. It’s deep and wide, and hell can’t dam it up. Man can’t dam it up or run it dry. It is unstoppable and will wash away demonic debris.

A surging Niagara of Holy Spirit has begun to flow on earth. Its speed, mightiness, and energy are going to advance very quickly. And as it grows and increases in the King’s Ekklesias, the angels will trumpet, and the heirs will shout into all the earth: “Everything lives where the river flows. Everything lives where the river flows. Everything lives where the river flows!”

As the river flows and branches throughout the Ekklesia hubs, supernatural life is going to spring up everywhere. Harvest will be bountiful, resources abundant, crops plentiful, barren areas and people re-lifed, because everything lives where the river flows. The revival centers are going to be continually refreshed and resourced by the supernatural river of God. It won’t just be in one place and not just here or there. No, this amazing Holy Spirit river will flow all around the world.

In my new book, I talk about a weather report that concerned an atmospheric river that was going to cause downpours and flooding in many states. As I heard the report, the Lord’s presence surrounded me, and He began to give me a prophetic word. I share the first part in that chapter; the following is the rest of that word.

Prophetic Word

“The rains of Heaven stored in clouds of glory will now begin to fall, soaking My remnant in strengthening joy, soaking them in revelation of My ruling authority to reign in My Name, and soaking them in fresh oil from vats pre-served for the latter rain movement. Anointing vats are filled with blended oils from previous movements, with new oils for the moving of My movements. This anointing oil will stir great boldness, and it will stir fresh fire in the soul of My Ekklesia. It will soak them in living hope and expectation of new days. It will soak them in Holy Spirit gifts and fruits. It will soak them in enlightenment that under-stands Holy Spirit’s most supernatural era is the enemy of My Kingdom’s reversal era.

“Great reversals of hell’s power will be seen. Reversals to hell’s strategies have now begun and will accelerate quickly throughout the United States, and will cause demonic reversals in nation after nation to be seen. As My Ekklesia’s voice of truth rises—shattering protective barriers, shattering protective cover-ups, and scattering the purveyors of evil—it will be said in this era, ‘Oh, how the mighty have fallen.’

“Understand, says the Lord, the voice of My Ekklesia must rise, proclaiming My truth as they ride Spirit River. Proclaiming My words, proclaiming My ways, proclaiming who I Am, proclaiming Father’s heart. The proclaiming will accelerate the reversals I’ve planned.

“For know this, new levels of reigning with Me require new levels of proclamation through you. Ekklesia, rise in this reversal era of darkness, for Heaven has planned strategies against your enemies. Proclaim the light of My Word, and you will see the table-turning era has begun. You will see a table spread before you in the presence of your enemies.

“For the ruling reigning era of My remnant, soaked in vats of blended anointings, has begun, says the Lord. Signs, wonders, and miracles, and a great release of healing eras have begun. The era of overpowering power has begun. The harvest era has begun. Raise your voice as trumpets, pro-claiming liberty to the captives, recoveries to those bound. Reversals to hell’s pain, inflicted into lost humanity.

“Move forward, Ekklesia. Move now, Ekklesia, into the era of My true Church, representing My Kingdom’s government in the earth realm, as originally intended. Forbid the inroads of hell, as the King has commanded. Loose the ways of Heaven without compromise, as the King has commanded. It is the era to disciple nations, as the King has commanded. This is the era of Holy Spirit’s flow into the earth as a great and rushing mighty river, a spiritual river deeper than has ever been seen, says the Lord, in the earth realm. Not a trickle seeping out of the sanctuaries. Not knee deep, not waist deep. No, life-giving Spirit rivers too big to swim across will give life, health, productivity, and fruit everywhere it flows.

“For this is an era when the spiritual river of God flows in depths and in rapids throughout the earth. As Holy Spirit’s rains fill it to rush into the earth with life-giving flows of water, the King says to His Ekklesia: Drink deep, drink deep, Ekklesia. Revive, weary ones. Be refreshed, remnant warriors. Move with the river of God, and life, vitality, and harvest will replace barren deserts. In territories, regions, and nations, life will replace deadness in prodigals. Life will spring forth to those dead in trespasses and in sin.

“Ride Holy Spirit’s river. Ride the river of God. Ride life river into all the earth. Drink all you need, as you need, and move with Holy Spirit’s rivers of power. It’s in the supernatural era. Receive the soaking of fresh vats of oil, prepared for this mega Pentecost. Receive anointings to decree My will into all the earth. Receive from the vats of anointing oil, prepared for this moment, as Holy Spirit pours them fresh upon you.”

Decrees

• I decree, Lord, You are pouring out the fresh vats of oil that You have prepared for this era, blended with the anointing oils of previous times.

• I declare in the Name of King Jesus that I am embracing these anointing oils, and I mix my faith with it. Pour it out upon Your remnant. Pour it out upon Your Ekklesias. Pour it out upon the apostles, as You did on the Day of Pentecost.

• I decree it is being poured out all over America and the nations, and everything lives where the river flows. I tap into it now and speak life into dry and barren places. I decree the atmospheric river of the Spirit of God is released now and will flow as You intended.
